The Conneaut Municipal Court has criminal jurisdiction over misdemeanor offenses and traffic offenses that occur within the City of Conneaut. The Court also has jurisdiction in civil cases where the amount in controversy does not exceed $15,000 and in small claims cases where the amount in controversy does not exceed $3,000.00.
